Social Front is a content creation, ads management, and website building service. By placing an order — through this website, Instagram, or Facebook — you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
We provide Content Creation (videos, carousels, printable materials), Ads Management, and Website Building, each priced and described on its own page of this site. We prepare all work based on what you tell us and the materials (photos, business details) you share with us — the quality of what we deliver depends on the quality of what we're given to work with.
Payment is collected as a single advance payment covering the quoted Launch Price, made at the time of ordering, through Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI, or bank details ourselves — Razorpay handles this securely. Our target turnaround, once payment is confirmed and we have everything we need from you, is a few days depending on the service — we'll tell you a specific timeline when you order.
One revision round is included with every service or deliverable, so you can request changes once before it's finalized. Anything beyond that is treated as a fresh request and quoted separately.
Our target is to respond to messages, revision requests, and delivery updates within 48 hours.
You may cancel before we accept and confirm your order, in which case you'll receive a full refund. Once an order is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable.
For Website Building, the domain and hosting are registered under your own name from day one — genuinely yours, never held under our accounts. For Ads Management, campaigns run on your own ad account under your own name; your data and history stay yours. For Content Creation, delivered and fully paid-for content is yours to use for your own business.
We may decline an order at our discretion — for example if it's outside what we offer, or the details given are insufficient to do the work properly. If this happens after payment, you get a full refund.
We aim to deliver good, honest work, but we can't guarantee specific business outcomes — sales, followers, ad performance, or search rankings — since those depend on many factors outside our control.
Content we create remains ours until full payment is received. Once paid for and delivered, it's yours to use for your own business. We deliver directly to you for your own personal use — reselling it, redistributing it, or passing it off as a template for someone else's use is not permitted under any circumstances.
We treat your business information and materials with reasonable care and confidentiality, and use them only to deliver what you've ordered. We don't share your information with anyone beyond what's needed to do the work (like our payment gateway) or where the law requires it.
If something genuinely goes wrong on our end, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order — we're not liable for indirect losses like lost profit or lost business opportunity.
We communicate primarily through Instagram DM and Facebook Messenger. We don't currently offer WhatsApp, phone, or in-person communication as part of our service — this may change later.
We're not responsible for delays caused by things outside our control — internet outages, payment gateway issues, platform downtime, and similar events. We'll keep you updated if something like this affects your order.
You agree to use anything we deliver — content, ad campaigns, or your website — lawfully and for your own business. If a claim ever arises from how you've used it (rather than from how we made it), that's on you to resolve, not us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be handled by courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If any part of these Terms is ever found unenforceable, the rest still stands — this document, along with your specific order, is the whole agreement between us.
